Dmitry Gutman
Dmitry Gutman has been excelling in the real estate industry for nearly 30 years. As Founder and CEO of CTC Connect Title for over 10 years, Dmitry brings his expertise in real estate and title insurance to the next level with his professionalism and knowledge of the industry. The cornerstone of Dmitry’s business model is constant communication and interpersonal relationships with his Clients. Having offices in NY, NJ and FL, Dmitry continues to have face to face contact with his clients to ensure long lasting relationships. His clientele
includes developers, real estate attorneys, mortgage brokers and bankers, and real estate brokers.
Prior to founding CTC Connect Title, Dmitry was a Partner at another title insurance company for 8 years and also had 18 years of experience in the mortgage business, including owning his own mortgage firm for five years. Dmitry’s experience during this time included leading teams focusing on loan origination, underwriting, preparation of title commitments and title reports, business development, and more.
Dmitry currently lives in both NY and FL. His expertise, drive, and passion for the real estate industry has allowed his business to flourish through the numerous real estate cycles.Counsel
